We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our sole discretion.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Quoted prices are estimates based on vehicle size and condition. Final pricing may change after inspection.
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit cards, & debit cards.

4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Property

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service.
Phoenix Auto Detail is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Pre-existing damage including scratches, dents, faded paint, cracked trim, or worn interiors is not the responsibility of Phoenix Auto Detail.

5. Satisfaction & Re-Do Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us before leaving the premises or within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law:

Phoenix Auto Detail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, aftermarket parts, fragile materials, or manufacturer defects.
